Qango is both a directory and a search engine. You can submit a site following the usual directory path of selecting a main and then a subordinate category. Another way is to enter a keyword to be searched for (one closely related to your site). The results will then be presented in categories (as well as individually). Select the category that best fits your site and submit through that. Either way, it is relatively easy. Seems a responsible site.
