This is a Norwegian-based directory with a special in questions of web site submission, search engines, etc. The site is based on the Open Directory (DMOZ). The discussion of site submission may be found well down on the "contact" page given here. You must first find the "web directory" listed at the top of the page. The process is essentially that for DMOZ, and if you have done DMOZ I do not know what this might add. But try it; an interesting informative site in its own right.
