Submission is easy. You must first go to the directory and choose a category. Once in a category, "suggest a site" is easily found. This directory has two primary functions. First, it is meant primarily for people searching for British sites (yet one assumes they also want to know about the world outside). Second, it is meant as an easy introduction to searching the web for people without experience surfing. It seems to be a site just under organization. This means there will not be much traffic. But it also means that one can hope to have his or her site placed where it will be easily found. A down side is that they require that you place a link to them on your web page BEFORE submitting.
