This is the best known French language site. It's best address is http://www.voila.fr/. You can get a translation of the site, but it is so poor that I put the French version of the submission page in the table. Submission is easy, just go to the bottom of the submission page and put in your site's url and your email address. If your site is American, for example, and in English, it is not clear whether it will be entered, but it is worth a try.
